In Sales & Marketing we work closely with demanding customers in an international environment. As the primary contact for the customer we are in many ways the “face” of the company. We analyze the market, our customers and our competitors. We develop the overall strategic and tactical direction and set our wanted position and offerings. We are overall responsible for the Group business commercially and main focus is to reach established targets in growth and profitability. The work covers everything from marketing, business development, handling of RFQ’s by quoting and negotiating and signing contracts. Key is to develop and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers on a global scale
